"Business with The Jacket Maker was excellent in terms of Jacket size and quality. It was exactly as I ordered. They were very detailed and professional and even contacted me to confirm the mailing address was correct. I deduct one star for the delivery company - UPS - involved in the delivery of the jacket as they dropped it next to a wall about a kilometre from my house. I was contacted a day later by a person out for a walk who become curious about the parcel. The cardboard box was saturated wet after a night's rain. However, the inner plastic wrap by The Jacket Maker protected the jacket from damage. Aside from the delivery company, I found the service excellent."
